A Note from the Owner,
It is a pleasure to have such a wonderful team to work with. We truly love impacting the children and adults in these programs. The lessons learned in these classes go beyond movement, exercise and tumbling. We teach lessons to be carried throughout life!

Christine Fekter
Dance & Senior Fitness
Instructor
I have been line dancing since 1992. I started instructing for Wendy in 2005. Wendy Murphy was a very good friend of mine from Mayfield Schools. We graduated together in 1987. I was looking for a place to go to do some line dancing, and when I walked into the class, and there was Wendy. After the class was over, I offered to help her with her class. Little did I know, she would have me take over the class permanently. The students from that first class have been with me ever since. Wendy always told me "if you need a sub for your class, don't call me!!!" I will never forget Wendy, and her confidence in me to instruct my own classes. I am currently the area manager for Ovation Movement by Wendy. My hobbies include line dancing, computers, Kenpo Karate, kickboxing, and basically anything to do with fitness and working out. I reside in Kirtland, Ohio. I am married and have two boys, Brandon & Anthony. Brandon is a teenager, and Anthony is pre-teen.
Shanna Brown
Dance & Movement Specialist
This is Shanna Brown's third year as a children's dance instructor. She is currently a full-time student at Lakeland Community College where she is studying Early Childhood Education and dance. Shanna originally started teaching dance with Wendy, in the "Dance with Wendy" program and has continued on with Traci. Her own dancing experience consists of taking classes at Lakeland Community College, Cuyahoga Community College, local dance studios and she has been ballroom dancing for over three years. Lately her dancing focus has been on Modern and Salsa. Shanna loves children, dance, and yoga. She has had an ongoing yoga practice for nine months and is loving every second of it. Teaching children dance has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life. Children are great teachers of life, they express such joy and are constantly discovering new wonders, it is an honor to share these experiences with children through dance. Dance provides the opportunity for children to explore movement and to freely express themselves. Shanna believes in creating a safe and positive environment for children to learn and have fun with dance. Remember dance is universal and all can participate in the many avenue's of movement, so keep dancing!
